PHOENIX (AP) - A Chandler man faces over three years in prison after being sentenced for lying to a federal grand jury.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 21-year-old Logan Keenan Brown was sentenced this week to 40 months in prison after he previously pleaded guilty to making a false declaration before a grand jury.

The office says Brown was called to testify before the grand jury about a 2013 shooting on the Gila River Indian Community.

According to the office, Brown intentionally lied during his testimony.

A Gila River woman, 44-year-old Georgina Holguin, previously was sentenced to two years in prison for the same offense.
