BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. (AP) - Jerome Hill scored 26 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead Gardner-Webb to a victory over Radford in 2 OT, 88-85 on Thursday night.

Tyrell Nelson added 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Bulldogs (10-6, 2-1 Big South), and Tyler Strange finished with 16 points and 13 assists.

Radford led by nine at the half and 14 with 13 minutes to play. But Gardner-Webb would battle back, eventually taking the lead late on the strength of a 19-6 run.

However Radford would score the final six points of the half to force overtime. Late in the first OT, Radford held a two point advantage, but a Hill layup with six seconds left forced the game into a second OT.

From there the Bulldogs would not be denied, scoring seven of the period’s first 10 points to hold the Highlanders off.

Javonte Green scored 28 to lead Radford (9-7, 0-3).
