DALLAS (AP) - A developer says construction will start this year on a high-rise project expected to be the largest in Dallas.

The Dallas Morning News (https://bit.ly/1xTIDBq ) reports Trammell Crow Co. has unveiled plans for its more than 900,000-square-foot office, retail and residential development near Klyde Warren Park. The firm didn’t release a completion date for the development, which will include a 32-story residential building and a 19-story office tower.

The 3-acre project that will be called Park District will be built in partnership with Metropolitan Life Insurance.

The CEO of economic development group Downtwon Dallas Inc. says Crow’s tower complex will be a unique addition to the city’s skyline and will attract more investors.
