ROANOKE, Va. (AP) - A Roanoke man faces weapons charges in connection with the fatal shootings of two people.

Media outlets report that a Roanoke grand jury indicted 36-year-old William Christopher Cabbler on Monday on charges of possession of a firearm as a convicted felon and possession of ammunition as a convicted felon.

Roanoke police are asking the public for help in finding Cabbler.

Police say 29-year-old Lenard Antonio Hamlett and 55-year-old Ronald Lee Ramey, both of Roanoke, were fatally shot on Sunday morning. Four other men were wounded.

The shootings occurred following a large party in a building that formerly was a greenhouse.

Police Chief Chris Perkins says investigators believe there was more than one shooter.
