FREEHOLD, N.J. (AP) - Bail is set at more than $1 million for the man suspected of stabbing another to death in Asbury Park.

Authorities have charged 24-year-old Tyreek Williams of Asbury with murder and weapons offenses.

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office says Williams and 19-year-old Prize Johnson of Neptune Township got into a scuffle on Ridge Avenue on Monday night and Johnson was stabbed.

Authorities say friends helped Johnson to an apartment, where he died.
