MUNCIE, Ind. (AP) - A 29-year-old Indiana man has been sentenced to more than 29 years in prison for robbing a Muncie pharmacy of $10,000 and prescription medication.

Seth T. Curtis was found guilty in November of two counts of armed robbery, intimidation and auto theft for a robbery at a CVS in July 2011. Witnesses said he also held a gun to a customer’s head and stole a clerk’s keys before fleeing in her vehicle.

The former Muncie resident was sentenced Thursday to 29 years and six months in prison.

The Star Press (https://tspne.ws/17nJ1zC ) reports Curtis won’t begin serving his sentence for more than two decades. He must first serve six years for a 2002 Jay County robbery conviction and 15 years for a 2012 Adams County robbery conviction.
