SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (AP) - Police say a man charged with killing a 76-year-old woman in San Bernardino has been linked to the death of an 86-year-old woman in the same area.
The Riverside Press-Enterprise says (https://bit.ly/1BUQekd ) Jerome Anthony Rogers could face a murder charge in the killing of Wanda Lee Paulin on Dec. 12, 2010. He is scheduled to be arraigned Friday.
The 58-year-old Rogers is already facing trial this month in the killing of Mary Beth Blaskey. Rogers’ DNA was found at the home of Blaskey, who was beaten to death on Nov. 14, 2012. He has pleaded not guilty.
Officials say Rogers was known for knocking on doors, looking for work doing landscaping and household chores.
