MERRIMACK, N.H. (AP) - Several crashes have been reported on New Hampshire roads as snow moved across the state during the morning commute.

Authorities lowered speeds on Interstates 93 and 89 to 45 mph Friday morning. State police said there have been accidents, some with minor injuries.

WMUR-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1yJTEsd) a section of the Everett Turnpike northbound in Merrimack was closed for part of Friday morning because of several crashes and cars off the road. Also closed was Route 101 west of Temple Mountain because of problems with tractor trailers.

Another accident was reported on Interstate 93 north between exit 5 and Interstate 293, along with accidents on both sides of I-93 in Concord near exit 12.

The snow was expected to stop later Friday morning.
