BIG BEAR LAKE, Calif. (AP) - A woman found dead in Southern California’s Big Bear Lake has been identified as a 35-year-old Irvine resident missing for nearly two weeks.

Lisa Ann Cimbaluk was last seen on Dec. 29 at the home of her parents, who reported her missing the following day.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department says a helicopter crew spotted Cimbaluk’s body Thursday on the south shore of the lake.

Her empty car was found covered in snow at the Woodland Trailhead in Fawnskin on Sunday.

The body was identified by the coroner’s office.

An autopsy is planned as part of the sheriff’s investigation.
