MOUNT HOLLY, N.J. (AP) - Three of the four relatives facing charges of torturing a New Jersey woman in 2012 and forcing her to drink urine have pleaded guilty.

The Burlington County Times reports (https://bit.ly/1LUor8k ) 38-year-old Ellen Hairston, 29-year-old Edward Jester and 46-year-old Wesley Gauntt pleaded guilty in the case Tuesday.

Charges against 53-year-old Georgiann Jester were dismissed because she has medical issues. Another defendant died earlier this year.

They were charged with beating and torturing an unidentified relative at their residence. Investigators said at the time that they beat the victim with a pipe and wooden cane, shocked her with a stun gun and assaulted with pliers for three to six months.

Sentencing is set for Dec. 18.
