FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Members of the North Dakota National Guard’s 188th Army Band are performing a one-hour concert in Fargo.

The featured act for the event is the unit’s Flatland Dixieland Band, an eight-piece ensemble that plays traditional New Orleans-style jazz and Cajun music. The group is led by Staff Sgt. Justin Reed, of Fargo, and under the musical direction of Spc. Cherie Frenzel, of Mandan.

The 188th Army Band is led by Warrant Officer James Landman, of West Fargo.

The concert starts at noon at the U.S. Bank Plaza in downtown Fargo.
