NEW YORK (AP) - The Long Island Rail Road says it’s providing 16 extra trains for parade-goers.

The railroad has added six westbound trains before the parade and 10 eastbound trains after the parade on Friday.

It’s reminding customers to buy round-trip tickets that include MetroCards for subway and bus service.

Subway connections to Lower Manhattan are available at both Penn Station in Manhattan and Atlantic Terminal in Brooklyn.
