ERIE, Pa. (AP) - Authorities say a 14-year-old boy wanted in the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old man in northwestern Pennsylvania has turned himself into police.

Erie Police Chief Randy Bowers tells the Erie Times-News (https://bit.ly/1CBvDX6 ) the boy is being arraigned Monday in Saturday’s killing of Jacob Pushinsky. He’s being charged as an adult with criminal homicide, murder and related offenses.

Police say Pushinsky was shot in the left torso and died at a hospital at 3:41 p.m. The shooting happened as the suspect tried to rob Pushinsky of his bicycle.
