HEBER SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) - A Heber Springs man has been indicted on seven federal counts involving the sexual exploitation of five minors between the ages of 13 and 16.

Federal prosecutors announced the unsealing of the indictment against 22-year-old Spencer Goudy on Tuesday. Goudy is charged with four counts of enticing a minor to engage in a sexual act, two counts of producing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.

Court records show no attorney information for Goudy.

In 2014, a 13-year-old girl told State Police she was having a sexual relationship with Goudy. Prosecutors say authorities who arrested Goudy found multiple images of minors engaged in sexual acts on his phone.

Goudy was charged in Cleburne and White counties on separate local charges of rape of a minor younger than 14.
