NEW YORK (AP) - The Fire Department says several people suffered minor injuries when they were hit by debris from a building collapse in Brooklyn.

The vacant four-story building on Fulton Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant collapsed at about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

A spokesman for the city Buildings Department says officials from the department were investigating.

The A and C subway lines experienced delays because of the collapse.
