BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) - Think your rush-hour commute stinks? Consider the plight of Tuesday afternoon drivers on Interstate 5 near Bellingham, Washington, when a truck hauling portable toilets crashed in the southbound lanes.

No, the tanks were not empty.

At its worst, the backup extended five miles.
