FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) - A construction dump truck struck several power lines in a Flagstaff neighborhood, leaving nearly 100 residences and businesses without power.

The Arizona Daily Sun reports (https://bit.ly/1IZMWCv ) the truck had been involved in a city improvement project Tuesday when its raising bed collided with the power lines.

According to Arizona Public Service reports, the outage affected stretches of roads throughout the neighborhood. APS officials say the truck damaged three power poles and power lines.

Power is expected to be restored to the area around 8 a.m. Wednesday.
