HONOLULU (AP) - An Oahu woman has been indicted on charges stemming from the hit-and0run death of a motorcyclist on the H-1 freeway in April.

The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports (https://bit.ly/1I1LZus ) that an Oahu grand jury returned an indictment of 40-year-old Chantel Andrade Tuesday. She was indicted with fleeing the scene of a fatal crash and driving without a license.

Andrade struck and killed 25-year-old Keith Jantoc April 15. She was arrested after police found a damaged SUV believed to have been involved in the crash.

Her bail has been set at $25,000.
