POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) - Idaho State Police say a 21-year-old man walking on train tracks near Bannock Peak Casino in the Pocatello area has died.

KBOI-TV reports (https://is.gd/NPbBgz ) that police say Robert Hall of Shelley was walking westbound Wednesday afternoon when he was hit by a westbound train.

Police say the train stopped nearby. The Arbon Valley Highway was blocked for three hours.

State Police are investigating the death, with help from the Power County sheriff’s office and Fort Hall police.
