LITTLE BOKEELIA ISLAND, Fla. (AP) - A 104-acre southwest Florida island, complete with a mansion has sold for $14.5 million.

Mark Pentecost, the founder of a nutrition and beauty aid marketing company, purchased Little Bokeelia island. The barrier island is halfway between Sarasota and Naples and includes a desalination plant and a bungalow village for guests.

The Sarasota Herald-Tribune (https://tinyurl.com/ooz4ts2) reports the island was sold by owners Tom and Elizabeth Munz who had it on the market for three years.
