GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) - Investigators suspect it was a drug deal that resulted in the shooting death of a woman on the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay campus.

Police Lt. Chad Ramos says they determined it wasn’t a random meeting that resulted in the death of Krystal Torres-Smith, a 39-year-old mother of three, in a parking lot last month.

WLUK-TV (https://bit.ly/1I3MJNN ) reports prosecutors say the victim met Percy Sims to sell him about $200 to $300 in marijuana. He’s accused of killing her as she sat in an SUV, then taking the marijuana and her cell phone.

Sims is being held on $1 million bond in Brown County.
