CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire inmate who walked away from a transitional work center in Concord earlier this month has been returned to the prison.

Twenty-seven-year-old Stephen Roy was reported missing after last being seen on Friday, July 3, at the work center. Department of Corrections spokesman Jeff Lyons says Roy was returned to the prison on Wednesday, but he didn’t have any other details of how he was apprehended.

Roy was serving a three to 10 year prison sentence for robbery and was eligible for parole in January 2016.
