BARNSTABLE, Mass. (AP) - A former member of the Coast Guard charged with killing another member of the service, and injuring her spouse and a Massachusetts police officer, has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

A lawyer for 31-year-old Adrian Loya says his client remains at as state psychiatric hospital after pleading not guilty this week to 30 related charges in Barnstable Superior Court.

Authorities say Loya in February killed Petty Officer Lisa Trubnikova in her Bourne condominium, shot and injured her spouse, Petty Officer Anna Trubnikova, and injured a Bourne police officer who responded to the scene.

Defense attorney Drew Segadelli tells the Cape Cod Times that he has an independent psychological evaluation of Loya under way.

Loya is scheduled to appear in court next month for competency hearing.
