JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. (AP) - Emergency responders are searching through a pile of rubble after a parking ramp collapsed at a suburban New York hospital.

The Press & Sun-Bulletin (https://press.sn/1MdRhUp ) reports the collapse happened Friday afternoon at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City.

A section of concrete collapsed on top of vehicles parked on the lower level of the two-story garage. Several cars were trapped under the collapsed section.

Officials report there were no fatalities and no immediate reports of injuries, but crews are still searching the scene.

The hospital remains open. One building was evacuated as a precaution.
