HEBER CITY, Utah (AP) - Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with more than $50,000 in damage to the Wasatch County Events Center.

The Deseret News reports (https://bit.ly/1CFSRf9 ) that Heber City police officer Xela Thomas says 18-year-old Caden Sampson and an unidentified 15-year-old boy were arrested Wednesday.

Thomas says employees arrived at the center to find the walls spray painted and damaged computer equipment, as well as other county property that had been destroyed, vandalized or stolen.

The two boys were seen on the center’s surveillance system, leading to their arrest.

Sampson has been booked into Wasatch County Jail and the juvenile has been placed at a detention facility.

Thomas says the two suspects are now being investigated in other Heber City burglaries that have occurred over the past two months.
