MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - The West Virginia National Guard has opened a $20.5 million facility in Morgantown.

The Morgantown Readiness Center is the new home of the 201st Field Artillery and 249th Army Band.

Media outlets report that National Guard and state officials held a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the center on Wednesday.

The 58,000-square-foot facility is located at Hart Field near Morgantown Municipal Airport.
