NORMAN, Okla. (AP) - Authorities in Cleveland County say two people are dead in a possible murder-suicide at a hospital complex in Norman.

Investigators say the shooting occurred about 2:20 p.m. in the parking lot of the Norman Regional Healthplex, located along Interstate 35. Investigators say a man is believed to have shot a woman in the parking lot of the hospital before shooting himself.

Officials say they were found in the parking lot by hospital employees and treated at the hospital, where they were pronounced dead. Their names have not been released.

Detectives are interviewing witnesses at the hospital and details about the shooting were not immediately available.

Norman Police Department Capt. Tom Easley did not immediately return a telephone call from The Associated Press seeking comment.
