ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Chiquita Brands is moving two of its divisions to Florida.

The produce company tells the Orlando Sentinel (https://bit.ly/1VaCUU1) that it will be moving its Fresh Express administrative offices to central Florida.

The company also is moving its banana division to Port Everglades in South Florida.

The move will bring about 200 jobs to Florida and bring the divisions closer to their biggest customers.

Fresh Express has a major contract with Walt Disney World, and the banana division relies on imports.

It marks the second big move for the company in recent years. Chiquita moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, three years ago, after calling Cincinnati home for years.

The produce company was acquired by the Safra Group and Brazil-based Cutrale in January.
