GALLUP, N.M. (AP) - Navajo Nation police near Gallup believe they have found the body of one of two missing men who may have been caught in a flash flood.

KOB-TV in Albuquerque says (https://bit.ly/1e77hZu) police are resuming the search Saturday for 34-year-old Carl Montoya-Franklin and 37-year-old Leonard Watchman, a day after the body was discovered near Superman Canyon Road.

Police say they have not been able to positively identify the body but it was found Friday 3 miles away from where Watchman’s truck was located a day earlier.

Family members say both men, who were reported missing Tuesday, were last seen with the truck.

Authorities believe the truck, which was found crushed under a boulder, got washed into an arroyo.

Relatives say they are still holding out hope.
