GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - The University of North Dakota is unveiling its new engineering and mines building.

The Collaborative Energy Complex is a 37,000-square-foot facility that will be the headquarters for all engineering and mines programs, including the Institute for Energy Studies.

UND officials say the building will provide state-of-the-art labs and multipurpose teaching centers, as well as a center for personalized training and mentorship.

Groundbreaking is scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday.
