ADELAIDE, Australia (AP) - James Milner scored his second goal in as many outings in Australia, helping Liverpool to a 2-0 win over Adelaide United on Monday night and back-to-back victories in friendlies against A-League clubs.

Milner scored from Jordan Ibe’s cross in the 67th minute and Danny Ings tapped in from close range in the 88th to double the margin in front of more than 53,000 fans at the Adelaide Oval.

Liverpool opened the Australian leg of its summer tour with a 2-1 comeback win over Brisbane Roar in front of a 50,000-plus crowd last Friday, with Milner scoring the clincher in the 75th minute.
