WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - New Castle County Police arrested a man leaving a Wilmington home that had just been broken into.

It happened about 6:50 p.m. Sunday at the Holly Hill Trailer Park. Police received a call saying an unknown person was entering a home.

An officer arrived and arrested a man was he was leaving the home. Police say he had loaded handgun, old coins and military pins, and authorities say he also was carrying a bag with more than 300 packets of heroin.

Sixty-year-old Steven Joseph, who police say lives in the trailer park, was charged with burglary, theft, trespassing and a drug offense.
