ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - A man charged in the death of a well-known home builder in Albuquerque has bonded out of jail.

KOAT-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1Drgt1B ) Coulter Cook has been charged with vehicular homicide after fatally striking Reed Rutledge while he was on his bicycle.

Cook bonded out of jail Monday.

The incident took place early Sunday afternoon in a gated subdivision. Police say Cook was driving a pickup truck and swerving on a sidewalk before he struck Rutledge, who was on his bike. The truck dragged Rutledge for about 150 feet before stopping.
