WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) - Maryland State Police are investigating the death of a 2-month-old Carroll County boy.

Police say Davion Harrison’s mother took the infant to Carroll County General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on Sunday. The mother told Westminster police that a neighbor performed CPR, but the boy was unresponsive. State police investigators were called to the hospital to help with the probe.

Police say the infant did not appear to have any outward signs of trauma and an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause and manner of his death.
