LAS VEGAS (AP) - Police say they’re investigating the shooting death of a Las Vegas man who was driven to a local hospital by another man who was shot and wounded.

The Clark County coroner’s office identified the man as 28-year-old Daniel Edward Santillano who was shot in his torso and died Saturday night at Sunrise Trauma Center.

Las Vegas police say a preliminary investigation indicates Santillano and the man who drove him to the hospital were arguing with two other men at an apartment building east of Boulder Highway when they were shot multiple times.

Police say the identities of the suspected shooters, a motive and the exact location of where the shooting took place remain unknown.

Santillano’s death is the 58th homicide in the Las Vegas area this year.
