LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of killing a Little Rock man.

According to Little Rock Police Department spokesman Lt. Steven McClanahan, the 16-year-old turned himself in Monday and will be charged with first-degree murder for the Saturday slaying.

Police say 20-year-old Mark Mosley was found on the ground in an area west of downtown Little Rock with a gunshot wound. McClanahan said Mosley was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Authorities say witnesses told officers they were with Mosley when a vehicle approached them, and a person inside began to argue with Mosley before shooting him.
