RIVERTON, Wyo. (AP) - Authorities have identified two men shot at a detox center in central Wyoming.

Police in Riverton said Tuesday that 29-year-old Stallone Tosper was killed in Saturday’s shooting inside the Center of Hope facility.

James “Sonny” Goggles remained in serious condition at a Casper hospital.

Both men are Northern Arapaho Tribe members.

Police say 32-year-old Roy Clyde, a city parks employee, told them he shot the men in the head as they were lying in bed at the center because he was incensed by homeless people drinking and relieving themselves in city parks.

Clyde is charged with one count of murder and one count of attempted murder. He’s being held without bond.

A city official says Clyde has worked full-time with city parks since 2009.
