WEST WARWICK, R.I. (AP) - A tiny house in Rhode Island is receiving large amounts of attention.

WJAR-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1VnN8jZ ) a new house in West Warwick called the “Lil’Lodge” is 150 square feet and can be attached to any standard size pickup truck. It can also be parked at campgrounds or other sites.

The house was created by architectural designer Tracy Powell, her brother and more than 20 engineers and building experts. Powell says she plans to live there once it’s completed.

It comes equipped with a full bath, washer and dryer, dishwasher and a price tag somewhere between $40,000 and $50,000.

The grand opening of the home will be at the American Business Expo in Boston from Nov. 17 through Nov. 19.
