JUPITER, Fla. (AP) - The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a doctor was found dead in his home during a welfare check.

Detectives say 65-year-old Ronald Oliver Schwartz was discovered dead Sunday.

The Palm Beach Post (https://pbpo.st/1JuAZAL ) reports detectives aren’t revealing the cause of death and wouldn’t say who requested the welfare check on Schwartz.
