CAPE CORAL, Fla. (AP) - Police say one person is dead and three are injured after a pickup truck crashed into a southwest Florida billiards hall.

Cape Coral police say the Monday afternoon crash was apparently alcohol-related. They did not release the blood-alcohol level of the driver.

The News Press of Fort Myers (https://newspr.es/1Mm8dIs ) reports the person who died was inside Diamond Billiards. The names of the victims have not been released.

Police spokesman Dana Coston says the other victims don’t appear to have life-threatening injuries.

Coston didn’t say how many people were inside the pool hall when the crash occurred. The truck drove over a parking stop and sidewalk before crashing through a window.

Police say an investigation continues but so far no one has been charged.
