COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - A woman is suspected of arson in the burning of a Confederate flag under a pavilion where barbecuing is banned.

The Colorado Springs Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/1LBeosb) 32-year-old Patricia Cameron was arrested and released Wednesday on suspicion of arson related to the incident in Manitou Springs, a city about six miles northwest of Colorado Springs.

Cameron, a news blogger, declined to comment.

A Manitou Springs Police Department news release says an accelerant was used to ignite the flag over a small grill.

Department spokeswoman Officer Odette Saglimbeni said in an email that barbecuing and grilling are prohibited under the pavilion.
