HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) - Police are investigating after an antique car was involved in a weekend accident during a classic car parade in southwestern Ohio.

Hamilton police Sgt. Ed Buns tells the Hamilton-Middletown Journal-News (https://bit.ly/1MQ4Nei) that the 1931 Ford Model A sustained major damage to its front end. The vehicle was participating in the city’s 61st annual Jerry E. Moore Memorial Antique and Classic Car Parade on Saturday afternoon.

Police say Jim Hansel, of Franklin, was driving his Model A when a Chevrolet minivan crossed through an intersection without yielding to the parade. Buns says the driver of the minivan could face charges.

Police say two passengers in the antique vehicle were taken to Fort Hamilton Hospital with minor injuries.
