PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - It’s been exactly 10 years since a father of five was gunned down at a North Portland parking lot, and police are asking for the public’s help in solving the homicide.

Sgt. Pete Simpson says Eyo Nyong was standing outside a sports bar on North Vancouver Avenue when he was approached by two black men. Witnesses told police that one of the suspects pulled a gun and shot the 26-year-old in the head.

The suspects ran and were never captured.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest. To leave a tip, call 503-823-HELP.
