July 28—After temperatures in the 90s on Monday, Boulder and the rest of the county are in for a slight cool down today, as the National Weather Service forecasts the day’s high to reach 84 under sunny skies with no rain expected.

Tonight’s low will dip to about 57.

Wednesday will see a very slight chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms, with a high of 82 and mostly sunny skies.

Thursday once again sees no chance of rain, and a high of 86, before that slight chance of thunderstorms returns Friday, when forecasters expect the high temperature to reach 87.

The weekend should be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 80s, according to the weather service.
