July 28—SANFORD — A Fayetteville man wanted in a shooting on Wichita Drive that injured two people was arrested Monday, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office said.

Davoire Donique Trail Nash, 18, of the 1700 block of Doyle Court, has been charged with two counts each of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

Nash turned himself in at the Sheriff’s Office, Capt. Jeff Johnson said this morning.

Nash’s bail was set at $200,000, a Sheriff’s Office report said.

Nash is accused of shooting Ketro Lemance Davis, 19, and 17-year-old Marques Baldwin after an argument in the parking lot of the Ponderosa Apartments.

The three had been involved in a previous arguments, according to a relative of the victims.

Nash is accused of following the family member and the teens to their home on Wichita Drive, where a physical confrontation took place.

Both were treated at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center for their injuries.
