July 28—County police are searching for a man who attempted to rob a Little Caesar’s Pizza, at 7562 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie, Sunday night.

Employees told police a man came into the shop, displayed a note demanding money and lifted his shirt to display the handle of a weapon, which appeared to be a handgun, in his waistband, police said.

The employees were unable to open the register and the suspect took the note and ran away, police said. No one was injured.

Police said the suspect is a white man, approximately 6 feet tall, with freckles, brown hair, a curly beard and braces or some type of caps on his teeth. He was wearing dark clothing and a baseball hat. His shirt had some type of logo or writing on the front.
