July 28—MAYFIELD — The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited the Ponderosa Hotel at 719 Pine St. for furnishing alcoholic beverages to a 19-year-old on July 13.

The bureau issued the liquor law violation July 22.

The charges will be brought before an administrative law judge, who has authority to impose penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses. The judge can also suspend or revoke the establishment’s liquor license based on the severity of the charge.
