July 28—Residents are encouraged to come speak their mind at the Boynton Beach Police Department’s Town Hall Meeting on Thursday.

The meeting will be held at the Boynton Beach Senior Center, 1021 S. Federal Highway at 10:30 a.m.

At the meeting, residents can speak directly with the police chief and members of his command staff in an open question and answer session.

Thursday’s meeting is Chief Katz’s third Town Hall Meeting of the year. He began hosting the meetings in 2013 to help change the police department’s image by allowing the public to have face-to-face communication with members of the police staff.

For those who cannot attend the meeting, follow along on Twitter under the hashtag #ridewithbbpd.
