July 28—RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — The Richland County Sheriff’s Department has fired a sheriff’s deputy who was charged with criminal domestic violence.

Department officials said Rodney Davis, 42, was fired on July 1 after he was charged with criminal domestic violence at his Thornehill Road home in Lexington County on June 13.
