July 28—10:45 a.m. The name of the man sought in Lincoln County is Danny Hopkins, 31, who is described as white, wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans and a blue ball cap, said Oklahoma Highway Patrol Lt. John Vincent. Check NewsOK.com for updates.

10 a.m. A Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputy was injured Tuesday, and law officers are searching for the driver of a vehicle that struck the deputy’s arm.

The incident was reported about 9 a.m. on the Turner Turnpike at U.S. 177, according to reports. A manhunt is underway a mile east of U.S. 177, said an Oklahoma Highway Patrol spokesman. Troopers are assisting Lincoln County, said Lt. John Vincent, patrol spokesman.
